Term & Services

These Terms and Services (“Terms”) govern the provision of all cleaning (residential, office, commercial) and pest control services (collectively, “Services”) offered by szcleaningservices (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you, the client (“Client” or “you”). By booking and accepting our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Service Scope and Commitment

1.1. Service Agreement: The specific details of the Services to be provided (e.g., frequency, duration, specific tasks) will be confirmed in a separate booking agreement or service quote provided to you. 1.2. Our Guarantee: We strive for excellence, operating under the principle: We bring to you the best clean because we want to be the best. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will return to re-clean the disputed area at no extra charge. This guarantee excludes damage caused by pre-existing conditions. 1.3. Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide access to the property at the agreed time, ensure adequate lighting and utilities (water and electricity) are available, and secure any valuable, fragile, or sensitive items prior to the service team’s arrival.


2. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellations

2.1. Pricing: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are based on the information provided by the Client. We reserve the right to amend the price if the actual conditions of the property or the scope of work significantly differ from the initial quote. 2.2. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial contracts. We accept cash, card payments, or bank transfers. 2.3. Cancellation Policy: * Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking cost. * If our team arrives at the property and cannot gain access or the service is cancelled on arrival, a full service charge may be applied.


3. Equipment, Supplies, and Safety

3.1. Equipment: We supply all necessary professional equipment, tools, and cleaning solutions for the provision of the booked Services. 3.2. Client Products: Should the Client request the use of their own cleaning products, szcleaningservices is not liable for the suitability or results achieved using those products. 3.3. Safety: For the safety of our staff, we require the Client to inform us of any hazards, broken items, or pets on the premises prior to the service commencing. We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is deemed unsafe.


4. Liability and Damages

4.1. Insurance: szcleaningservices holds appropriate liability insurance covering accidental damage caused by our employees during the provision of Services. 4.2. Reporting Damage: Any damage to the property must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion. We are not responsible for damage due to faulty construction, pre-existing wear and tear, or items not secured by the Client. 4.3. Breakage: We take utmost care with all items. In the event of confirmed breakage caused by our staff, we will repair or replace the item up to a reasonable market value, subject to verification and insurance limits.


5. Pest Control Services Specifics

5.1. Guarantee: Guarantees for pest control services are specific to the type of pest and treatment used, and will be outlined in the specific service agreement provided prior to the booking. 5.2. Client Cooperation: The Client must adhere to all preparatory instructions (e.g., clearing food, vacating premises) provided by szcleaningservices for the treatment to be effective and safe. Failure to follow instructions may void the service guarantee.


6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
